So you have a seller number what the heck to I do with it now? Good thing you asked:
First, fill out the Seller Sheet with all your items.
Afterwards, labels can be printed. If you do not want to use labels just follow the directions below:
THE SELLER SHEET NEEDS TO STILL BE FILLED OUT EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT USING LABELS. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY YOU. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE THE LABELS TO HAVE ITEMS IN THE AUCTION. THE BAGS CAN BE WRITTEN ON WITH A MARKER PEN
Use a 'Sharpie' or similar brand of marker pen - blue, black, or red will be fine. Stay away from the more unusual colors as they do not show up as well on the bags.
On each bag have your item number. This consists of your seller number and the sequential number from 1- 100.
EXAMPLE: Seller number is 10 and I have 5 items.
On five bags I would put:
Bag 1 - 10-1
Bag 2 - 10-2
etc etc......
until I reach 10-5
Place a brief description of what is in the bag
Make the description as specific as possible. Use scientific names not the common name if you know it. Always have the number of fish on the bag somewhere.
Using a marker pen to mark on the bags will be the easiest method to label the items for auction. Some times it is hard to find the correct labels for the Seller form.
REMINDER - YOU MUST STILL FILL OUT A SELLER FORM EVEN IF YOU USE A MARKER TO LABEL YOUR BAGS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN US NOT BEING ABLE TO PAY YOU.
