Why should I join:

Because you are an aquatic nut and want to find others who are just as committed as you to the aquatic hobby. Come and join us in the aquatic journey. Become an official member of CHARLOTTE AREA AQUARISTS SOCIETY!!!!!

When do we meet:

Second or Third Saturday of each month from 12:00P PM - UNTIL. While this is only a general idea of when meetings occur, a Calendar of events is posted on this page.

Where do we meet:

We rotate to different members houses and fishrooms.

What benefits are you getting from Joining the club:

First and foremost you are supporting and enabling your local club!!!
You get to actually meet people who have the same interest as you. You will no longer get that blank starry eye glazed look when you discus your fish. We will actually be just as enthusiastic about talking fish as you and we will understand.
Exchange/Sales of fish, plants, and hard goods. We usually have a good supply of these at every meeting. Some going for free!
Members discount at Sponsoring Local Fish Stores.
Discount at yearly Auction. Typically your split on a fish auction is 1/3 going to club and 2/3 going to the Seller. We will do much better for our members.
Group buys on Fish, Plants, and Hard goods. This is usually a substantial savings for each member.
Group outings such as native fish collecting, visit to our Low Country Chapter of CAAS.
You will be eligible to vote, hold office, and Moderate forums.

Benefits will out weigh your cost in joining. As our membership grows so will the benefits.

Membership Levels:

Single	One year, one person	$24.00
Family	One year, includes all immediate family members	$30.00
Contributing	Same as single, but donator to club affairs	$50.00
Lifetime	One time payment for the life of the club	$250.00

(We also accept all donations to help fund the club)

You will recieve a membership card at the next meeting or we can mail it out to you. Please specify which method you prefer. Just present this card to your Local Retailer for your discount.

How do I become a full member:

Print out the form from the link provided at the beginning of this page.
Fill it out as completely as possible
Write a check, made payable to Charlotte Area Aquatic Society
Mail back to address provided.

Feel free to come to one meeting on our tab. We will ask you to join and become a member at the next meeting.
